I am in the bodybuilding industry for years now, i have seen how people get bulky and sexy but the they just don't get the 6 packs abs. So, they categorize the abs as stubborn muscle which never themselves. Until one day they really found out the real answer of getting the 6 packs they will tell u that most theory you saw online was MYTH!!! Yes ! MYTH!.
