EctoMorph
- Narrow hips and clavicles
- Small joints (wrist/ ankles)
- Thin build
- Stringy muscle bellies
- Long limb
Mesomorph
- Wide clavicles
- Narrow waist
- Thinner joints
- Long and round muscle bellies
Endomorph
- Blocky
- Thick rib cage
- Wide/thicker joints
- Hips as wide (or wider)
than clavicles - Shorter limbs
2. Have a workout plan
In order for you get a effective workout, it is advisable for you to get a plan and follow it.
For strength: Madcow 5x5, starting strength, Reg park 5x5
As i said , i prefer a 5x5 workout for beginners because i notice it can add on some strength and it is very good to start of as a foundation of lifitng
3. Stretching
Ok, lets admit it that most of you won't bother to do some stretching. Let me remind you that stretching is kinda important for you. It can relax your muscle and give tonnes of benefit.
