Fat loss is the burn of fat in your body, however did you know that most of the time during burning fat, most of our muscle tissue were being break down too,This in term will make you look slimmer but not muscular, Ok, there are several bad things about the loss of muscle , first which i would like to emphasize here is the loss of muscle will actually slow down your metabolism. Meanwhile, metabolism is indeed very important to optimize fat loss while you are not exercise. You might be thinking if we loss fat and muscle in the same time then how do we just lost fat instead of muscle ?. Indeed it is very hard , to lose fat you need to do cardio , to gain muscle mass you need to do weight training. Therefore, by means to loss and gain muscle you need to do weight training together with your cardio!.It sound hard! why? because no one wants and love cardio and some more you need to do it with weight training! to promote better fat burning.In this case i highly recommend you to take protein after each session of fat burning exercising with cardio to promote muscle building and fat loss and remember do not take weight gainers! due the large amount of calories.

The other way to prevent muscle loss and and gain fat loss is the usage of BCAA, which is the branch chain amino acid. This BCAA can reduce the breakdown of muscle during cardio! and promote highly intense energy to do exercise!( which i did it myself). Trust me this product is good for fat loss.You do not need any fat burner product like polythermex, hydroxycut and lipo stuff , the fat burner is use by bodybuilder to prepare themselves before any competition to promote thermogenic activity to lose water underneath their skin so that the muscle is more define and visible

The third style is my favourite style, it is to combine weight training with cardio in one exercise , this is different than method one which you do cardio and weight training separately, this third method is what i always mention as HIIT which is to promote fat loss and muscle building. This method is not been use by many people until Dorian yates who actually say its good and effective when he experience it himself!. Hiit is best perform by exercises that need to involve the whole body muscle exercise, for instance , squad, mountain climb, and so on. Hiit can be perform in tabata ways like cycling, and jogging.
