fat loss target !!

Ok, its been a long while that i didn't post a new post here , since i have my holiday about a month ago , i start to gain 5 kg , guess what? i have lost 3 kgs now , for you who wants to lose fat fast , kindly visit my profile and contact me if you are interest.

From the previous post i have introduce the usage of HIIT to perform intense fat lost, Today, i am going to tell a little bit of nutrition to help you achieve your fat loss target, First , one might ask is taking carb help promote fat burning? my answer is yes. Ok , why do i say so? carbs can actually promote fat burning , but the carb are use up if only you are performing exercise and when your metabolism is high , it is hard to maintain such a high metabolism the whole day. Therefore, my advice is you should take the right amount of carbs , the amount i cant explain it in grams but you try google it , since this is a free information i am not going to tell all. The things that you should take care of is to make sure that the carbs are fully use , this amount of carbs is different from time to time as the activity conducted is will also change from time. To promote fat loss, i advice the amount of intake carbs to be medium , which you can burn fat and meanwhile loss fat without replacement of fat.
