Chinese new year! gain weight? how to lose it? maintain your sick packs! NO cardio!.

Well, Chinese new year is still on going , i believe titbits that are serve contain high calories, Carbohydrates and fats.Well, to lose weight we know that we can't have excess carbohydrates or fats and calories. Therefore, it is a challenge to maintain in shape and keep your belly flat in these weeks of festive season. How to get rid of that fat? eat less?(impossible), only one thing called exercise. Here comes another question, does exercise itself can help me lose weight?the answer is NO. To lost weight, you need to work and burn more fat than you consume , simply 20 minutes jogging ain't enough for you to burn your fat in this festive season. So what is the plan? i would recommend High interval intensity training(HIIT) which is a shortcut to CARDIO, believe me it works!. Bodybuilders, athlete in Malaysia use this type of intensity training to build lean muscle and keep fat away. Studies also show that due to loads and intensity ,it does more effective than normal cardio which does not include weight and intensity .So, how do we perform it? easy !. just go for high low high low intensity and 60 30 60 30 seconds!. For example, u jog, sprint 60 second then u rest 30 seconds then sprint another 60 seconds and reduce your speed for 30 second until u reach 8- 10 sets . Good luck .. TRAIN IT!
