lost belly fast in this festive season!(for woman) No intense exercise! 10 minutes per day only

Well,it only takes you 10 minutes per day , 4 days in a week! to perform ultimate fat lost. Previously I have recommend HIIT for extreme fat lost but now come another version for woman. Some woman who are not use to exercise cant really per HIIT indeed. The word High define in a low to high intensity which is really intense .Therefore, i recommend a medium intensity interval training. In this exercise i don't associate it with jogging. i associate it with exercise which give u a more define S shape when u slim down. Here is the solution:
squat 10 times
mountain climb 10 times
crunches 10 times
rest 15 second
repeat until 8-10 sets.
In the end you will find yourselves in a very sweat condition. If you can actually cater this intensity easily then i suggest you to increase the amount of reps(intensity to 15,15,15 then 20,20,20) . This exercise is easy , you must train hard to go hard woman! .. TRAIN IT.
