Its is done by contracting your PC muscle which located near your scrotum!. How to locate it? its very easy , you can try to locate it when you are "pee-ing" , try to hold your pee and sense the muscle which is working on it. The exercise come in like this:
contract your pc for 5 SECOND then relax then contract it again till u reach 15 reps , repeat for 3-4 sets.
Each time you finish performing this kegel exercise you can increase the intensity to 8 second then 10 seconds base on your ability!. TRAIN IT guys don give up
